Made this project as a test.
This is optimized well enough to run in mobile games and pc games. Keeping the textures at 1024 resolution makes it easy to optimize more in the game engine of choice. Draw calls were around 30 to 40 for the Tier 1 house, but there were decals and stuffs and it wasn't well optimized. I believe it can be further optimized through LOD's and Material Baking.
There are three texture sets for all the 11 models combined.
